COUNSELLING + SLEEP PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Your appointment is reserved just for you and leaves a hole in the therapist’s day when you cancel. Your credit card will be processed for the full amount of your counselling session and $162 of your sleep counselling package. This policy does not apply to sleep follow-up calls.

SLEEP PACKAGES: Please book your appointments in the parent’s name, you can specify the child’s name and insurance information on the intake form

**Please note that there will be a price increase for Individual Counselling sessions on Aug 1st, 2024. 50 min sessions will be priced at $162 per session.
