COUNSELLING + SLEEP PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Your appointment is reserved just for you and leaves a hole in the therapist’s day when you cancel. Your credit card will be processed for the full amount of your counselling session and $170 of your sleep counselling package. This policy does not apply to sleep follow-up calls.

Please note: Starting June 1st, there will be a small price increase. The Bronze and Silver packages will each increase by $50.
