CANCELLATION POLICY:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee ($170 for counselling or $170 from your sleep package). Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, and late cancellations or missed sessions cannot be filled on short notice. I appreciate your understanding.

A quick note on pricing: as of October 1st, 2026, my rates will be adjusting as follows:

Bronze: $900

Silver: $1,080

Gold: $1,620

Platinum VIP: $2,880

This reflects a $180 rate per 50-minute session across all packages. This small adjustment helps me continue offering the level of care and support you’ve come to expect. Thank you for trusting me with your family’s sleep. Sessions booked and completed before October 1st will remain at the current rate.
