CANCELLATION POLICY:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee ($170 for counselling or $170 from your sleep package). Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, and late cancellations or missed sessions cannot be filled on short notice. I appreciate your understanding.

Starting December 1st, my sleep counselling rates will be adjusted to better reflect the time and preparation involved in these specialized sessions.

Initial Sleep Counselling Session (for new clients) – 50 min $225

Follow-Up Sessions (existing clients) – 50 min $170 20 min $100
